AN INSPIRING AND VERY AMUSING STORY (5 Stars)

This most unusual book describes a very difficult situation, that none of us would wish for, in an amusing way, at the same time offering an inspiring story of great difficulty overcome through sheer human spirit. The way it is written – full of humour and dry observation - reveals a man who, perhaps through sheer bloody-mindedness as well as determination, overcame a disability and made a success of his life. It's a sort of how-to book, as well as being a fascinating read. It can be warmly recommended to all, not just those who suffer from disabilities, as an entertaining story and as an inspiration.
